Common question of pen plotter and solution

1.When  turn on the power of the machine, pen plotter do not work and has no response at all

Answer: Fist turn on the power, check the fun running or not, if the fun do no work, check the power contacting well or not, and check the fuse,and the power

 

2.When turn on the power of the  pen plotter, the pen holder system can not come back to the origin location, but move to the left side a little.

Answer:  Please check the pen holder limited switch.

 

3.When turn on the power of the  pen plotter, the pen holder system hit the right side contantly

Answer: there is a small sheet contact with the pen holeder system, when pen holder system come into the right side, this small sheet is ought to enter into the penhold limited switch, then the switch can control the pen holder system and let it stop, if this sheet do not enter into the correct location, the penholder limited switch can not feel it, then the pen holder system will not stop and hit the right side of the pen plotter.

Please check the small sheet.

 

4.The pen holder system can not work up and down(check the video to replace the spare parts)

Answer:

　　(1).  the pen holder system cable broken

　　(2).  the pen holder system broken

　　(3).  3717 chip on the driver board broken.

 

5.When print, the line can not connect well

Answer:

　　(1). check the paper press wheel and the correspondence axis , see if there is something attached on it

　　(2). please check if the paper press wheel is put on the axis correspondence .

　　(3). when paper collecting roller and paper feeding roller running, if its jumping

　　(4). please check if the paper press bar is in the correct location

　　(5). please check if the paper block install tighten.

　　(6). please check if the machine put lever, can not shake

　　(7).please check the paper, can not too thick or thin
