How to adjust the inkjet plotter

Please click "SET" key to set the parameter.    The “left” and “ right” key choose the item, the “up” and “down” key used to change the figure.

1:  resolution: 150. 300 or 600, when choose the 150, the speed is quick.

And choose the 600, speed is slowly.

2: Linewidth: which used to adjust the width of the plot line, the figure is large , represent the line thick, otherwise, the figure is samll, the line is more thin.

3:  Scale X : adjust the Horizontal direction scale

4:  Scale Y:  adjust the Vertical direction scale.

(Generally we adjust the Scale X and Scale Y through the Plot serve software)

5:  Origin: make sure the origin location

6:  Cleanout head:  which used to clean the ink head, choose this item, then click the “down” key, it can clean the ink head.

7:  Test Pattern:  which is a test file used to test the print effect.

8:  Parameter 1 : choose this item, then click the “test ” key, the inkjet plotter will print the picture as follows.

 

Please check the 126 line, if it is a straight line, it is ok.

If the print picture show as follows, please increase the figure,

If the print picture show as follow, please reduce the figure

9: parameter 2: please also check the 126 line, it should be straight line. If it is not a straight line, adjust the figure same as the Parameter 1.

10: Parameter 3: please also check the 126 line, it should be straight line. If it is not a straight line, adjust the figure same as the Parameter 1.

11: Parameter 4: please also check the 126 line, it should be straight line. If it is not a straight line, adjust the figure same as the Parameter 1.

12: parameter 5:  which need not to be adjust

13: Parameter 6: which need not to be adjust

14: B.Rate: 115200

15: IP : which is used to transfer file through the internet cable

Please note, after adjust all the figures, you need to click the “set” key again, then the plotter can save all the adjust figures.

If adjust the Parameter 1, 2, 3, 4 , the line connect is still not well, please left or right adjust the ink head as the picture show.
