Common Question of the Inkjet Plotter

1 Turn on the power of the inkjet plotter, if “51 error” display in the screen.

Answer: Please check the “Raster” , the “Decoder”  and the “14 chip cable”.As the follow picture show

 

2. Turn on the power of the inkjet plotter, if “52 error” display in the screen

Answer: the speed is too slow, please enter into the Factory setting, Use item1, item 2 and item 3 to test the speed,(the three item figure is ought to be between 90%--100%).

3. Turn on the power of the inkjet plotter, if “53 error” display in the screen

Answer: Please check the “origin” setting.

4. Turn on the power of the inkjet plotter, if “54 error” display in the screen

Answer: Please check whether he marker width exceeds the max plotting width of the inkjet plotter.

5. Turn on the power of the inkjet plotter, if “55 error” display in the screen

Answer: Please check if there is something on the guides to block the ink cartridge holedsystem running.

6．Nothing display on the screen after turning on the power supply.

Answer: Please check the power supply connection.

　　(1) Check whether the power lines are correctly connected

　　(2) Check whether the switch for power supply is on

7.The inkjet plotter fails to plot after the marker file has been output.

Answer:

　　(1) the inkjet plotter is off, please check whether the plotter is in normal online status

　　(2) there is something wrong with the data cable, please check whether the data cable are correctly connected.

8. Marker file can not be output

Answer: the serial port is not correctly set.

　　(1) reset the serial port.

　　(2)check whether the plotter is in normal working status.

9. The plotserve software can not be started.

Answer: something is wrong with the software or the Windows. Reinstall the software or the windows.
